With every equipment purchase we will attend to all your after-sales service requirements, to ensure its optimal performance. Our dedicated team ensures that each customer undergoes comprehensive on-site equipment training upon their purchase, and any additional training is catered for when required. If you encounter a technical problem with your equipment, we offer expert telephonic and (when required) on-site system support, reducing system down-time and minimising loss of productivity whilst the problem is being rectified. |
